Individual Training Session $50
In each one hour guided workout session you will learn proper form and be introduced to new exercises to help keep your program fresh and fun. Individualized attention will help keep you motivated and accountable as you log your progress and record new test results. Make sure you schedule a consultation appointment before your training sessions.
